Doing breath work with Alex was one of the most unique, powerful and spirit cleansing experiences I have had. Her voice has the perfect tone to guide you into a peaceful state of mind as she leads you through a series of breathing experiences that put your body and mind to work. This was my first time doing something like this and to be completely honest I was skeptical of how it would impact me when she was preparing me for the experience. Let me say to all of those who who think it won’t be them.... it was an amazing and emotional experience and everything she said would happen did! Afterwards I felt tired but in a positive space and the next day felt fantastic with a clear state of mind.

I’ve been lucky to experience Breathwork with Alex at least 5 times now, both in private and group settings. Let me just say that this has completely changed my life! Alex introduced me to breathework in a way that was accessible and with our first session made me feel so comfortable. Breathwork is a practice where you can become very vulnerable and open up deeply and I always felt held and supported with Alex. She incorporates all kind of healing modalities - humming, singing, music and drumming and encourages you to express the ways you need to whether laughing, crying or screaming. One session with her and my energy feels completely refreshed. She is a wonderful facilitator and guide and I will always be a client of hers!
